West Bank, July-August 2014. Rebecca Topakian went in search of ghosts, following the advice of sorcerers and witches she met in Bethlehem. If she went to the market of the old city in the dead of night, they told her, she would find a beautiful nun and a British soldier. Though she spent the night in the market, she did not find them; she did, however, stumble upon teenagers who haunt the place and drive the spectator to the imaginary place of a mythology mixing family history, treasures of kings, djinns and Israeli spies.
